used in the ozone generator employs Pressure Swing adsorption (PSA)
technology to full use. This increases the concentration of oxygen along
with reduction in the moisture content. of the feed gas. This helps in
considerably improving the output capability of the ozone generator.
This also helps prevent premature malfunction of certain internal
components. The PSA air preparation system delivers around 90precent
oxygen purity at –100°F dew point. Most of the Ozone
